BGRS, a leading provider of talent mobility solutions for corporate and government clients worldwide, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced content writer to join the Global Marketing and Communications team and grow its comprehensive marketing and thought leadership content program, including the multi-award winning Talent Mobility Trends Survey.


Role Overview

The successful candidate will be accountable for creating content for various internal and external marketing, communications and thought leadership content development needs across the organization. It will involve content planning and serving as lead editor and content author that positions the company and our expertise with clients, prospects and the marketplace.

This opportunity is ideal for a talented and versatile content writer with experience developing informational, promotional and thought leadership content within Human Capital Professional Services organizations looking to broaden their remit and responsibility. This individual will develop and maintain a close working relationship with all functional leaders and subject matter experts to stay abreast of industry trends and client requirements in order to develop compelling content and communication programs for BGRS.
 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for the development of value proposition for key client and market facing initiatives and industry-leading content programs (market POV, research, and educational reports, articles etc.).
  • Develop messaging in various forms to build brand awareness and demonstrate/differentiate our practice and industry experience.
  • Collaborate with the peers on the Global Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute integrated cross-channel content programs.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with functional leaders across the organization to understand functional and business strategies.
  • Provide input about the effectiveness and competitiveness of our content and make recommendations to continuously improve the content agenda and communications approach.
  • Ensure production of high-quality content, aligned to the company standards and consistent in tone and voice, while being mindful of cultural and regional sensitivities.
  • Promote standards and processes to encourage integrated communications and consistent messaging across BGRS around the world.


What You Bring to BGRS

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in English, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies or related field.
  • 7+ years in a role in public relations, marketing communications and/or Human Capital consulting role.
  • Demonstrable experience developing strategic positioning and thought leadership content for the Human Capital and HR related services within B2B and/or Professional Services organizations. Employee mobility and/or talent management editorial experiences is a plus.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with and influence stakeholders across the business and at all levels.
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, concise messages and use variety of communication and content formats; previous technical writing experience is an asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; grammar mastery and an understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Ability to plan, collaborate and manage multiple assignments to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital proficiency of content editing / collaboration tools (minimum Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
