Role Overview
You will own: Operational client partnership and advocacy; delivery of operational excellence via a global service delivery team, contractual compliance and account governance structure. The successful incumbent will also participate in new client development pursuits, new client implementations, strategic organizational projects and be a role model as a people leader and advocate for BGRS leadership behaviours. 

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be managing the customer service operations and leading the execution of the agreed annual strategic plan to one or more regional clients or designated global clients. Responsible for delivering goals and objectives related to operational effectiveness, productivity improvement, revenue generation, premier service, and client retention as well as effectively managing operating expenses.
You'll develop the
operational execution plan for the account including structure, resourcing, effectiveness, standardization, data integrity and compliance with company goals, as well as lead and manage a global team of professionals that may be operating locally or cross regionally.
You'll recognise the art of fully utilising your structural capability and cross functional partnership through effective engagement in regular communication forums, including operational team meetings and strategic leadership meetings with regional directors and managers, including all functional areas within the region.
You'll engage actively with performance metrics to achieve optimum productivity across structure through effective utilization of resources including technology capabilities.
Your role is the key support for
the regional Manager team to develop effective and productive service delivery methodologies with clients, and you will proactively support the development of client relationships, attending meetings and reviews as required.

You'll partner with the Global Account Lead around the formulation of client strategies and support them with account renegotiations including Requests for Proposals (RFP) from current clients.

You'll be able to demonstrate:
• Experience operating at leadership level in a high change or transformational environment, and ability to demonstrate strong leadership capability in this environment
Proven project management capabilities with a track record for complex service delivery success

• Proven people management experience and good leadership skills; Supportive leadership style, ability to deliver operational coaching and continuous improvement culture
• Leadership competencies include results focused, ability to coach, develop and motivate a team, including virtually and cross culturally, collaboration, external focus, takes intelligent risks, forward thinker with proven ability to development and implement strategic client account plans, bias to action
• Demonstrated increased levels of experience (minimum 5 years) in global mobility, human resources, or compensation and benefits administration as well as international assignment management experience, or minimum five years outside management experience and two (2) years’ experience as an Account Manager (or other department related function) with BGRS or similar organisation
• Ability to work under minimal direction, great organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize commitments and projects well
• Strong customer relations skills and have the ability to work with discretion and integrity, negotiation experience preferred
• A team player with a high level of work ethic required
• Business and financial acumen; familiarity with P & L statements
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop technical business correspondence and excellent presentation skills
• CRP and GMS certification is advantageous
