Role Overview

The Global Mobility Finance Analyst will be responsible for a variety of global mobility compensation tasks related to servicing BGRS Clients, such as reviewing and analysis of expatriate assignment cost projections, creating global mobility compensation balance sheets, and partnering with global payroll contacts to deliver expatriate payrolls.

This position also has responsibilities that include client and process driven projects that require independent work abilities, leadership skills, working with various level of employees and management, collaborating within both local and global virtual teams, and strong organizational skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review expatriate cost projections through use of client policy metrics, data provider tables, and logical application of expatriate assignment knowledge
  • Work with internal process partners and clients to determine expatriate payroll processing calendars and requirements to ensure accuracy in payroll communications with client global payroll contacts
  • Accurately calculate balance sheet items through review of policy, assignment letter, data provider tables and information as received from client payroll
  • Follow established payroll calendar to successfully meet deliverables for sharing newly created balance sheets, updated balance sheets and end of assignment notification with client payroll contacts and BGRS operations teams
  • Leverage BGRS technology to ensure accurate and complete tracking of client data, manage compensation elements of international assignments, and work with external process partners and client vendors
  • Process requests for expatriate payroll adjustments/updates and incorporate into timely reporting to payroll
  • Timely reconciliation of expatriate balance sheets and payroll process with client global payroll contacts, with the ability to remedy discrepancies in a professional and accurate manner
  • Participate in team meetings and cross departmental meetings, conference calls and training
  • Participate in client and process driven projects


What You Bring to BGRS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, or Associates Degree with relevant experience, or equivalent job experience
  • 3+ years of expatriate administration experience preferred
  • Able to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable components
  • Understand, document, and train process flows in a high volume environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge MS Access, Excel and Word
