Role Overview

Your role is to accomplish project objectives by planning, documenting, overseeing, and evaluating all aspects of the specific project you are working on. You will work closely with other departments to keep them engaged and ensure completion of their respective tasks as well as with management teams to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.

 

The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system and operational improvements; implementing change working together with client leaders and the organization.

 

The client data portion of the role supports elements of data integrity, client reporting and internal reporting for one or more client teams. The successful candidate should have a keen interest and curiosity in using data to provide insight to the client and the business. The position ensures adherence to the terms and conditions of the client contract(s), and delivers superior customer service while supporting client contracted SLA performance standards and performs data analysis tasks (descriptive and predictive) as required.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee key client projects including the coordination and completion of projects on-time and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, including deadlines, and progress of project. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope ensuring resource availability and allocation.

     

  • Work directly with the clients under the supervision of BGRS management to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope.

     

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for support of projects as required and identified.

  • Assist in the definition of the project scope and objectives, assisting to identify relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

     

  • Prepare and coordinate deliverables needed for implementation to include but not limited to a detailed project plan/timeline, action tracking log, meeting notes, process and forms documentation as required.

     

  • Monitor and track progress using appropriate verification techniques to monitor changes, project scope and schedule. Additionally, measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, techniques. Ensure quality standards are met.

     

  • Complete process design/redesign of workflows to ensure that they are customer focused, Client-Service achievable, and consistent to the BGRS standards.

  • Coordinate and schedule project sessions, meetings, with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the necessary meeting content, agenda, discussion, project plans are made available for an effective, timely progressive session.

  • Use standard reports available, including client data for analysis to support actionable insights and trends on their mobility program.
     

  • Ensures accuracy in data integrity – collaborating with Client Service, Client Financial Accounting, Client Billing, key data requirements.

  • Act as SME to Client Services on report issues and resolutions.

  • Coordinates and participates in the creation of reports and analysis for Client review meetings.

  • Prepare and support for Client Services to present to clients and key decision makers on trending volume, spend, service, program utilization, exception analysis, SLA, KPI’s and various other data elements


What You Bring to BGRS

  • Bachelor Degree in business-related field and/or experience working in the mobility industry

  • Preferably with GMS certification or willingness to obtain within the two years in position Proficient understanding of standard domestic relocation and international assignment practices, policy benefits, and procedures

  • Demonstrated project lead experience and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects

  • Previous data mining experience preferred

  • Experience in developing and building dashboards, scorecards and data visualizations for presenting KPIs and Trends

  • Strong data analytics skills with the proven ability to collect, organize and analyze large amounts of data

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work at ease with internal IT colleagues, Client Services as well as external stakeholders

  • Ability to present effectively to internal and external audiences as required ensuring large amounts of data are conveyed in a consumable format for external client audiences with accuracy

  • Experience in Service Delivery or similar client services/operational roles and able to effectively counsel clients and internal business partners

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Power Query, PowerPivot, Pivot Tables and Charting capabilities

  • Key Attributes:

  • Technical Skills (i.e. systems software):

    • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software applications, reporting and web technology
