Role Overview

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for a variety of global mobility compensation tasks related to servicing BGRS Clients. This position also has responsibilities that include client and process driven projects that require independent work abilities, organizational and leadership skills, working with multi-level employees and managers, and collaborating within local and global virtual teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  •  
  • Administer cost projections, compensation balance sheets, global compensation accumulation, tax equalizations, Certificates of Coverage, and global and shadow payroll
  • Accurate completion of cost projections through use of policy review, reading of supplier tables (AirInc and Mercer), and logical application of knowledge
  • Validate with internal and external contacts, payroll start and end dates to ensure accuracy in payroll communications
  • Utilize client policies, assignment letters, provider tables and information received from internal and external contacts to calculate and audit payroll related benefits
  • Employ use of internal database to ensure client due dates are met based on established payroll calendar and collection schedule
  • Timely collection and reconciliation of global compensation accumulation and pay register
  • Audit returned compensation accumulation for reasonability and policy adherence
  • Initiate and maintain client billing for compensation services
  • Work with client’s tax provider to audit, prepare, and track tax equalizations
  • Timely and accurate submission of applications for expatriate Certificates of Coverage
  • Provide analysis and reporting based on client-specific requirements
  • Drive year-end processes through communication and delivery of client-specific reporting
  • Thorough review and reconciliation of year-to-date data for total compensation reporting
  • Participate in Client Financial Services team meetings, cross departmental meetings, conference calls and training as needed
  • Proactively recommend, document, and implement process improvements and efficiencies


What You Bring to BGRS

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent job experience
  • Ability to dissect complex issues and overcome obstacles
  • Demonstrate commitment to team, culture and values
  • Understand and document processes in a high volume environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)​
  • Knowledge of Excel including Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and Formulas preferred
