Role Overview

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, located in our Scottsdale Office, the Human Resources Business Partner provides HR services to approximately 650 managers and employees in the U.S. across multiple locations. A true generalist opportunity, this role will be exposed to a variety of human resources matters. In addition, this position provides a unique opportunity to work on a global HR team, supporting projects that provide excellent development and exposure across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide high quality and responsive HR support and services to employees. Responsible for coordination and administration of onboarding, performance management, talent development, talent acquisition, and general employment practices for the U.S.

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager for coordination and administration of the recruitment process. Participates in the interviewing and administration of the recruitment process.

  • Responsible to lead recruitment efforts for assigned job requisitions.

  • Manage a variety of employee relations matters, providing expert consultation to employees and managers. Partner with Human Resources Manager on more complex employee relations matters.

  • Collaborate with global HR team to design, develop and deliver global projects as agreed in the annual HR strategy. Assist with implementation of global HR projects, programs and policies at local level with client group.

  • Support implementation of various HR initiatives, including providing training and communication to the offices.

  • Prepare regular reports, analysis and metrics for managers, the leadership team and HR team as needed. Develop HR Management Information dashboard, to share with U.S. HR team and business leaders as needed.

  • Input of all records pertaining to the employees into the HRIS. Responsible for 100% data integrity of all HR U.S. employee records.

  • Conduct exit and stay interviews, identify trends and proactively share information and potential solutions to the U.S. and/or global HR team.

  • Develops and maintains knowledge of U.S. employment law, policies and programs.

  • Promote an understanding of and adherence to the organization’s culture, processes, programs and policies.


What You Bring to BGRS

  • 2-3 years HR Generalist experience with at least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.

  • Project management experience preferred.

  • PHR certification preferred or strong desire to acquire certification.

  • Demonstrates an understanding and commitment to excellent service delivery.

  • Exercises thoughtful judgement, with good knowledge of US labor laws.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify root cause and implement appropriate solutions.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with training experience a plus.

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization.
