Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience working with SalesForce.com. The Business Analyst has four core roles:
Salesforce.com stewardship and application ownership
Marketing integration, campaign support and metrics
Sales report generation, data interpretation and analysis. Trend identification to support client development leadership in making better, more informed decisions
Proposals database (Qvidien) management and reporting in support of the proposal development team
 

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvement
• Enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities, including the construction of new reports and dashboards. Review and improve upon the current system for the overall tracking and organization of reports and dashboards
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support BGRS business functions and meet agreed objectives, requirements and company goals
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving company requirements
• Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance

What You Bring to BGRS

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Minimum work experience: four years of Salesforce application development
• Self-motivated and creative
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SAS, etc)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and communicate with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent project management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent English language skills in both oral and written communication are essential
