Primary Responsibilities:

„h Lead team of approximately 6-7 accounting associates responsible for payment audits and banking maintenance.

„h Act as a subject matter expert for technical questions.

„h Plan, direct, and co-ordinate the work flows, processes and policies necessary in order to ensure objectives, deadlines and work responsibilities are met.

„h Provide technical accounting and auditing support in complex areas as required.

„h Manages both internal and external resources in order to meet the needs of the customer and client

„h Provide regular & ad hoc reports and analysis.

„h As required, participates in, and, as appropriate, leads the training and development of team

„h Manage the yearly objective and individual goals for the team

„h Mentor and provide guidance to peers and other team members.

„h Maintain controls and procedures of audit and banking maintenance processes within the scope of the role.

„h Support Manager with special projects including on process improvements.

„h Provide timely and adequate feedback to team members about their performance and discuss with Supervisor for performance development of team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

„h 3 - 5 years prior accounting experience with an emphasis in audit and financial control.

„h Strong written and verbal communication skills.

„h Process improvement oriented/Six Sigma

„h Conceptual thinking skills

„h Ability to meet deadlines in a high volume transactional based environment

„h Proficiency in MS Office packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

„h Excellent organization, administration and planning skills
