Client Financial Coordinator

The Client Financial Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of global compensation and US domestic payroll tasks related to servicing BGRS Clients. The scope of this position will include one or more of the following responsibilities, as assigned: Preparation of US domestic payroll files; management of compensation collection; uploading of compensation data; assistance with and escalation of cost estimate data; completion of Certificates of Coverage; preparation of tax payments; preparation of tax equalizations; periodic payroll data audits; allowance calculations; and assistance with yearend processing and data gathering.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation, audit, & delivery of assigned US Domestic client payroll files
  • Coordination and follow up with client payroll contacts for the collection of global compensation data
  • Completion of system uploads to code and record global compensation data
  • Review/Audit Cost Projections thru use of policy review, reading of suppliers tables (ORC, AirInc, Mercer, etc), internet lookup and logical application of knowledge
  • Review and completion of requests for Certificate of Coverage
  • Preparation and completion of tax payment requests
  • Preparation and completion of tax equalizations
  • Complete periodic data audits as assigned
  • Follow established payroll calendar to successfully meet deliverables
  • Assist with Year End processing and data gathering
  • Maintain detailed tracking of activities to ensure processed prescribed metrics (established by Client) can be reported on in a timely manner
  • Participate in CFS team meetings and cross departmental meetings, conference calls and training as needed
  • Assist with Client and process driven projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, or Associates Degree with relevant experience, or equivalent job experience
  • Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Access, Excel and Word
