Director, Implementation

The Director, Implementation will lead the implementation of regional and global mobility clients in the Americas region.  A successful candidate will possess superior collaboration skills to successfully work with all levels and departments in the organization to include Client Services, Business Development, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology and Client Accounting/Finance.  


Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development and ongoing management of internal processes and resources to drive project development and implementation for new client transitions and special projects for existing clients
  • Participates in and lead client implementation calls and meetings
  • Directs the activities of the implementation team to meet client needs and create successful partnerships
  • Leads team to complete process analysis, design/redesign of multiple workflows and processes to ensure that they are customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient and in compliance with BGRS standards
  • Leads the development and management of all deliverables needed for effective implementation to include but not limited to: detailed project plan/timeline, action log, meeting notes, process/procedures and forms documentation, etc.
  • Directs the development of practical and creative solutions to complex problems, fully addressing systems, rules, procedures, quality, controls and metrics
  • Develops and manages knowledge transfer for client services in all regions servicing the client
  • Identifies incremental opportunities during implementations by providing information/education regarding services the client may not have considered
  • Responds to RFI/RFP questions and provide sample project plans/time lines as they relate to transition/implementation of new clients
  • Consults with clients, BGRS consulting, account management and service delivery in developing world class relocation/assignment policies and programs
  • Develops and implements metrics and reporting to assess and monitor implementation efficiency and performance results
 
Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree
  • 8+ years experience in related relevant industry
  • Relocation industry exposure and experience preferred
  • People leadership of direct and indirect reports
  • Previous experience as a Manager, Implementation in a professional services industry
  • Preferred GMS and CRP certified, or willingness to obtain one certification within two years in position
  • PMP designation desirable
  • Proficient understanding of standard domestic relocation and international assignment practices, policy benefits, and procedures
  • Highly developed project management skills
  • Proven track record of successful implementation with highly complex global clients
  • Ability to influence and guide clients through complex global implementations
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to lead group of diverse individuals in a high performance team
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills; ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Demonstrated presentation and client facing skills
  • Superior presentation skills; experience with presenting to C-level Executives
  • Superior business acumen, analytical focus and attention to detail (superior e-mail etiquette, effective and polished communication skills both written and verbal, responsive to inquiries/requests)
  • Proactive approach to issue resolution/opportunity pursuit
  • Experience in Service Delivery or similar client services/operational roles and able to effectively counsel clients and internal business partners
  • Financial and budget management
  • Analytical skills to determine root causes and develop solutions
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, client relations roles and their interdependence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in MS Project and Visio
