Senior Team Accountant, Vendor Aging
The Senior Team Accountant serves as a point of contact that works directly with our vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices within standard polices reflective of the customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize root cause and corrective action analysis to resolve outstanding invoices
• Work on a cohesive team to identify and eliminate trending and unique issues and provide recommendations for process improvement
• Compile and report financials for aged invoices
• Proactively assist and communicate to suppliers and internal partners
• Reconcile caseloads at month-end and provide senior management overview of progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred)
• 3 years’ previous experience without a degree (required)
• Advanced Excel skills
