Associate Consultant
 
The Associate Consultant acts as the primary point of contact for non-home sale relocation customers.  The Associate Consultant counsels customers on benefits provided by their employer, as well as coordinate services across the supplier network and other service teams to ensure customer satisfaction with relocation services provided. 


Responsibilities
  • Drive a high level of customer and client satisfaction
  • Counsel customers on relocation benefits provided by their employer
  • Coordination of all services delivered to customers
  • Provide guidance on rental properties and coordinates visits with real estate agents, rental agents and rental agencies
  • Assist customer in securing housing in new location
  • Administration of rental assistance, marketing assistance, destination service benefits
  • Drive high levels of service acceptance and supplier utilization
  • Manage exception process ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained
  • Execute customer service transactions, as required
  • Ensure system data integrity
  • Enforce client relocation policies for their transferees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service role in relocation services or in related industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment
  • Customer focused
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid decision making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflict
