Description

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing the Transition process for transactional processing between internal and External teams, working closely with the GFO Director

  • Overall responsibility for the audit / approval, recording and payment of IPR Payment requests for Supplier and assignee payments.

  • Take full responsibility for timeliness, completeness and accuracy and meeting service level agreements.

  • Develop and enhance regular metric, SLA, TAT and productivity reporting to the GFO Director

  • Ensure all SOP’s are developed and kept updated accordingly

  • Working in alignment with other Regional Production managers to ensure a consistent process is adopted across all Production disciplines

  • Key knowledge of the Client Policies, reviewing, revising and guiding team in decision making requirements

  • Being an escalation point for Operations Client teams and other departments

  • Assist Team Lead to develop strategy for continual development and improvement in productivity of team

  • Manage recruitment and performance management of team members, including appraisals

  • Develop and exhibit expert level of technical ability for all aspects

  • Ensure team is resourced and staffed accordingly to accommodate varying daily and weekly trends and to support any new clients or expansion of service

  • Provide leadership and training to the team demonstrating the key core competencies required of a manager and intervene in issues e.g. process / systems failures.

     

 

Qualifications:

  • Related university degree

  • Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or similar discipline

  • Relocation industry related job experience preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable or related experience including resolving complex issues

  • Experience of supervising other staff and managing team workloads

     

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience of managing client accounting processes and supervising staff for a period of 3-5 years

  • Able to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable components

  • Essential high level knowledge of legcay IGP & GSP & Onbase process systems.

  • Self-starter with aptitude for independent problem resolution

  • Strong knowledge of client accounting

  • Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills – ability to coach and develop others

  • Strong technological skills e.g. Windows, the Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

  • Ability to manage workload of self and others in a high volume environment
