Role Profile Key Accountabilities:

Role Overview:

Provide implementation and related resources to BGRS client services, account management, and client development personnel with the purpose of providing project management skills to ensure the comprehensive and timely implementation of new business. This will result in assisting the organization to attain high client satisfaction / retention as well as providing a competitive advantage in the service and sales arena. In all responsibilities, work closely with all levels and departments in the organization to include Client Services, Client Development, Supply Chain Management, Client Technology and Financial Services, and work with all regions of BGRS.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal processes and resources to drive project development and implementation for new client transitions and special projects for existing clients.
  • Lead team to complete process analysis, design/redesign of multiple workflows and processes to ensure that they are customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient and in compliance with BGRS standards
  • Develop practical and creative solutions to complex problems, fully addressing systems, rules, procedures, quality, controls and metrics
  • Provide guidance to team about best practices and solutions on Global Financial matters including areas to include functional subject matter experts
  • Respond to RFI/RFP questions and provide sample project plans/time lines as they relate to BGRS Financial Services offerings
  • Work with the team to identify and implement ongoing improvements to the transition process
  • Provide training and coaching to Implementation team as well as other reports in regional location
  • Work with contracts, operations and the client to determine accurate scope of services, document service delivery, and transition implementation of new services to the Client Financial Services Team
  • Develop team for future opportunities through proactive leadership and educational opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Discipline and candidates with experience in mobility industry
  • Preferably with GMS certification or willingness to obtain within the two years in position
  • Proficient understanding of international assignment practices, policy benefits, and procedures
  • Demonstrated project management experience and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
  • Demonstrated presentation and client facing skills
  • Superior business acumen, analytical focus and attention to detail (superior e-mail etiquette, effective and polished communication skills both written and verbal, responsive to inquiries/requests)
  • Proactive approach to issue resolution/opportunity pursuit, stellar proof reading/document formatting abilities
  • Experience in Service Delivery or similar client services/operational roles and able to effectively counsel clients and internal business partners
  • Analytical skills to determine root causes, develop solutions
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, client relations roles and their inter-dependence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferable experience with Service Engine and AssignmentPro
