What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the primary point of co-ordination for all the relocation-related matters for assignees.
  • Pro-actively liaise with Clients' HR mobility team to understand and meet clients' needs as appropriate. Update HR mobility team with service delivery status when necessary.
  • Provide consulting services to assignees as per client policies and conducting needs assessment for their relocation-related requirements, including housing preferences, household goods movement, schooling requirements, immigration requirements, language training needs etc. 
  • Co-ordinate with various departments and destination service providers for the delivery of the authorized services and ensuring that clients' service specifications are met with; cycle back DSP performance with manager. 
  • Co-ordinate with different parties for the timely submission of client-specific reports and ensuring the accuracy of the report.
  • Provide back up to team members on vacation and leave. Sharing knowledge and practices with other team members. 
  • Process billing, expense payments, review expenses reports and managing assignment cost analysis.
  • Undertakes other tasks and special projects as required.

What You Bring to BGRS

  • Degree holder with 3 years' relevant experience in client-service field. Experiences in handling relocation-related services in an in-house or vendor role will be highly preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent listening and consultative skills.
  • Pro-active, well organized with good problem solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects in addition to day-to-day activites.
  • Proficient in Microsoft environment and web applications.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, proficiency in other languages would be advantageous.
