Description
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, located in our London Office, the Human Resources Business Partner provides effective HR services to approximately 250 managers and employees in the UK and Dubai. This role will be based in Canary Wharf, paying up to GBP 36,000. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Provide high quality and responsive HR support and services to employees. Responsible for coordination and administration in relation to onboarding, performance management, talent development and general employment practices for the UK and Dubai.
  • Work with hiring leads to develop and implement effective strategies to address current and future recruitment needs, including social media strategies. Fully responsible for coordination and administration of the talent acquisition process, participates in the interviewing and selection process. Creates and maintains a talent pipeline for regular searches.
  • Provide consultancy support on employee relations issues to managers and employees with the expectation partnering with the business in less complex ER cases. Develops and maintains knowledge of UK employment law, policies and programs to provide sound advice on these.
  • Provide support on benefits administration; handle all aspects of the new member enrollment and annual re-enrollment including employee communications and provision of employee data to service providers. Responsible for ensuring the reconciliation and payment of the monthly (or annual) premium billing statements.
  • Prepare regular reports, analysis and metrics for managers, the leadership team and HR team as needed. Develop HR Management Information and dashboard, to share with EMEA HR team and business leaders as needed. Input all records pertaining to the employees into the HRIS. Responsible for 100% data integrity of all HR UK employee records.
  • Carry out Exit interviews, Stay interviews and 12 month interviews and reports back on results. Proactively looks for trends and brings forward to the EMEA and Global HR team.
  • Collaborates with broader HR team to design, develop and deliver global projects as agreed in the annual HR strategy. Assists with implementation of global HR projects, programs and policies at local level with client group. This provides excellent opportunity for development and exposure to senior colleagues, as well as build relationship with peers in other regions.
  • Support implementation of various HR initiatives in the local office, including providing training and communication to the office.
  • Promotes an understanding of and adherence to the organisation’s culture, processes, programs and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • HR experience operating within full generalist remit; recruitment and talent acquisition background is a strong preference. Demonstrates an understanding and commitment to excellent service delivery.
  • Exercises thoughtful judgment, is able to interpret the law and take into account commercial constraints and requirements. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions, in relation to people management.
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards this), with good knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Ability to work independently, with the support of the HR Manager and wider HR team.
  • Ability to build strong and productive relationships with all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills; experience of participating in projects is preferable.
