Role - 6 month FTC
The Client Data Specialist manages elements of data integrity, client reporting and internal reporting for one or more client teams. The position ensures adherence to the terms and conditions of the client contract(s), and delivers superior customer service while meeting all client contracted SLA performance standards and performs data analysis tasks (descriptive and predictive) as required.

Responsibilities
  • Build productive and effective relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams at BGRS
  • Collaborates with the client team and Business intelligence resources to achieve timely production of KPIs and SLAs reports
  • Produce reports and analysis identifying trends and potential issues leveraging standard data sources and analysis tools
  • Ensures 100% accuracy in data integrity
  • Perform UAT on reports and analysis data sources as required
  • Co-ordinates and participates in the creation and of reports and analysis for Client review meetings
  • Participates in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in global mobility or in a similar customer service
  • Experience applying basic statistical concepts such as Mean, Quartiles, Percentiles and Standard Deviation
  • Additional consideration for experience doing correlation and regression analysis
  • Experience in developing and building dashboards, scorecards and data visualizations for presenting KPIs and Trends
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel Power Query, PowerPivot, Pivot Tables and Charting capabilities
  • Experience building Reports or data based presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience querying data from Microsoft Reports, and Microsoft Analysis services
  • Ability to present effectively to internal and external audiences as required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of international compensation, immigration, global mobility highly desired.
