What You'll Be Doing

  • Completing “Urgent Payment” requests within SLA.
  • Managing Journal processing deadline
  • Managing timely and accurate deliverables
  • Managing daily On Holds
  • Auditing documentation against Client Policy Matrix
  • Maintaining effective communication to our internal partners and clients.
  • Be proactive in managing your workload as well as being part of the team in joint projects.
  • Providing recommendations for process improvement
  • Ability to work in multiple systems

What You Bring to BGRS

  • 2 + years accounts payable, expense auditing or other financial transaction processing environment experience
  • Graduate level preferred.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office environment and financial application – moderate to advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • Ability to multi-task and complete projects with limited supervision
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated organization skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to procedural enhancements and modifications – as well as ability to assist in updating operation instructions to reflect these enhancements.
  • Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
