Immigration Manager

Extended Business Travelers (EBT) can trigger certain risks to their companies and themselves. These travelers are defined as individuals traveling on business for periods of varying lengths, and often to multiple countries with the potential to be exposed to other jurisdiction’s tax regimes. Tax authorities are increasingly monitoring such travelers and companies are actively managing these “stealth” mobile employees to mitigate the associated risks.

The Immigration Manager will manage the EBT Compliance Program at the global level. They will work closely with the client business, project managers, and the employee mobility tax lead, to educate and build awareness around the possible tax (and immigration) compliance implications of their project staffing, including overall costs.
