Role Overview

This role manages the BMA process in its entirety and supports the Real Estate Specialist Role. These tasks include but are not limited to, Broker Selection, BMA Order, BMA Review, Listing Notifications, File Assignment as well as other duties assigned to support the Real Estate Specialist. 

The BMA is designated to enable the real estate broker to conduct a diligent analysis of the subject property condition, the location, and market conditions in both Macro and Micro perspective.  The report uses other listed properties with which the subject must compete and is then evaluated against recently sold properties and marketability of subject.  From this analysis the broker will be able to estimate the “Most Likely Sales Price” assuming a reasonable marketing time, not to exceed 120 days or time frame as directed by the client.  

The Associate Real Estate Specialist position is responsible for  promptly referring brokers for the HomeSale transaction to ensure potential to capture referral fee revenue and receipt of the referral agreement.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for identifying any potential risk to client and/or BGRS by analyzing the BMA report and pointing out any potential red flags. The position will require an analytical mindset as well as a forward thinking and resolution driven mind set.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Carries out all activities as it relates to creation of broker lists for Client Services.
  • Partners with external supplier to ensure that brokers are soured within SLA
  • Partners with external supplier to ensure that SPAR documents are received within SLA
  • Secures collection of executed referral document and BMAs from brokerages.
  • Placed BMA Orders with designated brokers within SLA
  • Analyze data on Broker Market Analysis
  • Work with brokers to reconcile inconsistencies and inaccuracies on Broker Market Analysis'
  • Identity and document any red flags and/or potential risks associated with the property
  • Prepare Broker Market Analysis review document Including initial marketing strategy
  • Upload documents for Consultant and Real Estate Specialist reference
  • Escalates and records any supplier service breaks
  • Updates the BGRS databases and inputs all data required for production of status reports on the position activities.
  • Advises brokers of the listing decisions and completes file assignments
  • Participates in any additional tasks required of the position to support the Real Estate Specialists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What You Bring to BGRS

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment
  • 2+ Years real estate sales, appraisal, and/or related experience
