Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads the daily operations of the team as a trouble shooter and subject matter expert for operational questions and customer and client service intervention
  • As determined by the Manager/Director effectively handles a modified caseload to include VIP or specialty files and manages the client relationships on day-to-day issues
  • Manages both internal and external resources in order to meet the needs of the customer and client
  • Provides the highest level of customer service by communicating effectively with the customer, corporate client, management, and all internal/external resources
  • Supports the Manager/Director in all staff training; for example, in client policy, scope of services and program types
  • APAC monthly invoice review and billing matters as required.
  • Liaison with fellow regional Team Leaders to ensure best practice, global consistency etc
  • Regional Client contact lead if Global Owner is located in a different region, or is unavailable
  • Ownership for regional specific reporting as per client requests
  • Immediate point of regional escalation and resolution prior to escalation to Manager/Director
  • Assists in auditing data and reports to meet data integrity requirements and/or KPIs
  • As required, participates in, and, as appropriate, leads the training and development of team
  • As required, cooperate and work with peers across other BGRS office locations for joint client projects, and be responsible for the training and development of the team

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of experience in global mobility or international assignment management.
  • Knowledgeable in the full relocation process and additional services such as; Household good moving, Destination services etc will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent listening and consultative skills
  • Pro-active, well organized with good problem solving skills
  • Team oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of international compensation, social security and tax issues is preferable

  • Must have demonstrated experience in the areas of immigration, balance sheets, assignment package review, assignee transfer process, international payroll issues (including reconciliations) to complex client situations. Strong expertise in international assignment issues and thorough understanding of allowance calculation processes

  • Flexibility and a willingness to undertake additional tasks, as required

  • Ability to handle pressure with tenacity and resilience

  • Passion in coaching and mentoring for performance

  • Demonstrate keen interest and aspiration towards people management
