Role Overview

As a Relocation Assistant (on-site), you will be based on-site at the Client’s office located in Xuhui District, be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support the HR Client and ensuring and quality service to clients.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Client Services, you will support the Client Services department's goal of providing service excellence to customer and managing the smooth transition of the assignee to their new location.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing support to HR Client drafting all appropriate assignment related forms and documents
  • Liaises with third party suppliers such as immigration vendors and destination service providers(DSPs), to obtain required paper work and service delivery
  • Setting up, maintaining and updating assignee details in the Client’s internal system/shared drive, ensure data integrity
  • Providing data to assist Client Account Manager and Consultants for the collation of client reports
  • Co-ordinate with Consultants and different parties for the timely submission of client-specific reports and ensuring the accuracy of the report
  • Process billing, expense and house rental school payments, and review expenses reports
  • Escalation of issues during daily operation to Manager timely
  • Ad-hoc assignments as required


What You Bring to BGRS

  • Bachelor Degree with 1 - 2 years working experience, preferably in administrative function
  • Fresh graduates with relevant administrative work experience may also be considered
  • A high degree of competence on Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, able to prioritize and multi task
  • Proficient in English
  • Detailed, organized, flexible and responsible
  • Immediate availability would be advantageous
