The Role:
This role is part of the team that develops and implements comprehensive talent mobility solutions for corporate and government clients worldwide with focus in the Asia Pacific region by collaborating with clients to assess the intercultural program needs of their assignees and recommend impactful and effective solutions to help assignees assimilate to the host country's culture and way of life.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and customers for the development of their interculatural program and strategies to help their employees on overseas assignment.
• Select and manage trainers for each intercultural program, provide support to trainers on operational issues, concerns and questions.
• Serve as intercultural and language product specialist to support account management and sales teams; activities may include creating and giving client reviews or presentations, writing or contributing to proposals, developing client reporting.

      
         Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years in a client service-oriented environment with intercultural services expertise.
• Experience in Intercultural operations, training management, international human resources or international mobility.
• Training in client relations, international business, intercultural training, language training and/or human resources.

        Requirements:
