Overview

BGRS, a leading provider of talent mobility solutions for corporate and government clients worldwide, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing & Communications team in London. The successful candidate will have responsibility for supporting global and regional marketing campaigns across a variety of marketing channels, with specific focus on digital marketing, to strengthen brand awareness and drive demand.

Responsibilities

This role will provide broad marketing and communications support across a wide range of channels, including, but not limited to:

  • Collaborating across the Global Marketing & Communications team to devise and maintain the marketing campaign plan
  • Supporting campaign development and deployment across a variety of both digital and offline platforms
  • Developing and deploying email marketing campaigns
  • Website content management and enhancements ensuring website content / copy is current and optimised to SEO best practices
  • Supporting contact database maintenance, data processes, segmentation and marketing lead management
  • Producing regular campaign reports and analytics dashboards
  • Keeping abreast of the latest marketing practices / technology and actively contributing to marketing innovation
  • Supporting additional global and regional marketing and communications projects as required

Candidate Profile

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business or similar field
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role in a B2B sector (2+ years)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Advanced user of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Eloqua and SalesForce preferred)
  • Familiar with using content management systems (WordPress) with working knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and SEO practices
  • Experience developing email campaigns and good working knowledge of HTML
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Performance driven, inquisitive, resourceful and able to work in a fast paced environment
