Overview
BGRS, a leading provider of talent mobility solutions for corporate and government clients worldwide, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing & Communications team in London. The successful candidate will have responsibility for supporting global and regional marketing campaigns across a variety of marketing channels, with specific focus on digital marketing, to strengthen brand awareness and drive demand.
Responsibilities
This role will provide broad marketing and communications support across a wide range of channels, including, but not limited to:
- Collaborating across the Global Marketing & Communications team to devise and maintain the marketing campaign plan
- Supporting campaign development and deployment across a variety of both digital and offline platforms
- Developing and deploying email marketing campaigns
- Website content management and enhancements ensuring website content / copy is current and optimised to SEO best practices
- Supporting contact database maintenance, data processes, segmentation and marketing lead management
- Producing regular campaign reports and analytics dashboards
- Keeping abreast of the latest marketing practices / technology and actively contributing to marketing innovation
- Supporting additional global and regional marketing and communications projects as required
Candidate Profile
- Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business or similar field
- Demonstrable experience working in a similar role in a B2B sector (2+ years)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Advanced user of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Eloqua and SalesForce preferred)
- Familiar with using content management systems (WordPress) with working knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and SEO practices
- Experience developing email campaigns and good working knowledge of HTML
- Analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Performance driven, inquisitive, resourceful and able to work in a fast paced environment
