Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management
The Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management will oversee the global supply chain function including purchasing, compliance, performance and value proposition, and process design and improvement, while also developing and strengthening strategic supplier relationships in alignment with organization goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees all aspects of the Supply Chain Program including design, development, effectiveness, performance and competitiveness of value proposition in the marketplace
  • Responsible for purchasing Supply Chain Services globally and negotiating competitive pricing and terms
  • Accountable for Supply Chain Compliance around Process, Client Flow Down Requirements, Contract Provisions and Service Requirements
  • Effectively communicates Supply Chain Performance and value proposition to clients and key stakeholders within organization
  • Develops and evolves strategic supplier relationships in alignment with broad organizational goals and strategies
  • Oversees team supporting management of all Supply Chain service lines
  • SME support for Sales and Business Development activities
  • Develops organizational performance standards and evaluates vendor performance against agreed to standards
  • Develops and maintains executive level relationships with key clients, internal department leaders and other industry stakeholders. Facilitates strategic client dialogue and relationships
  • Champion for excellent processes and continual improvement
  • Leads and develops high performing teams. This includes ensuring the regional structure is optimized with a focus on span of control and other productivity metrics
  • Leads by example, promotes an environment of open communication, trust, respect and nurtures positive employee morale
  • Supports broader company initiatives, creates and develops ongoing company policies and supports company decisions in all areas
  • Influences external partners to think, act and engage in an innovative way

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or relevant work experience with a proven track record of results will be considered
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in mobility business or B2B industry
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ of senior management experience preferably with some or all in a role leading the supply chain function
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing systems and deep understanding of professional sourcing and procurement principles and practices
  • Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
  • Well-honed relationship and influencing skills
  • Ability to drive strategic change to meet organizational goals in a continuously changing environment
  • Ability to create an open, accountable and collaborative team environment
  • Effective decision maker – knows when to make a decision and when to delegate
  • Strong analytical skills and employs good judgment and rigor before making recommendations
  • Brings a big picture perspective; has the ability to see how all the pieces fit together and contributes to the achievement of the broader organizational goal
