Role Overview:

BGRS is looking for a dynamic individual to manage the implementation of services within the Canadian Government team. The successful candidate will possess superior collaboration skills to successfully work with all levels and departments in the organization including Client Services, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology and Client Accounting/Finance. The Manager, Implementation will report to the VP, Client Services and be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that contribute to the successful implementation and on-going support of new and existing Canadian Government contracts in alignment with short and long term organizational objectives. This role will work closely with the Director, Contact Center Operations, Manager, Learning and Development and the Senior Business Process Analyst to ensure that divisional objectives are met.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal processes and resources to drive project development and implementation for new clients and special projects for existing clients
  • Provide guidance and support on implementation best practices such as Project Management, Change Management and Agile methodologies.
  • Lead a team to complete process analysis, design/redesign of multiple workflows and processes to ensure that they are customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient and in compliance with contract requirements and industry standards
  • Manage the delivery of contractual deliverables needed for a successful implementation.
  • Develop practical and creative solutions to complex problems, fully addressing systems, rules, procedures, quality, controls and metrics
  • Develop and coordinate knowledge transfer for client services in all regions servicing the client
  • Identify incremental opportunities regarding services the client may not have considered
  • Consult with key stakeholders in development of solutions
  • Work with the team to identify and implement ongoing efficiency improvements to service delivery
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ of experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Fluency in English (French is an asset)
  • Ability to influence and guide clients through complex implementations
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Demonstrated presentation and client facing skills
  • Superior business acumen, analytical focus and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Analytical skills to determine root causes, develop solutions
  • Highly developed project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in MS Project and Visio
Other Information:
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Reliability status security clearance granted by CIISD, PWGSC; the security clearance application will be facilitated via the BGRS–GS Company Security Officer (CSO)
