Relocation Coordinator
The Relocation Coordinator will assist the Client Services Team with the administration of Relocation Operations.
Responsibilities
„h Drive a high level of customer and client satisfaction
„h Provide administrative support to team
„h Prepare and distribute forms and documentation as required
„h Make initial telephone contact with relocating employees to confirm information and schedule appointments
„h Manage destination referral follow up and documentation process for relocating employees
„h Follow up with Broker Relocation Directors, Suppliers, Clients and Transferees on past due deliverables
„h Incoming call support
„h Prepare payment requests or vouchers
„h Maintain hardcopy or electronic files
„h Work file/data integrity audits and control reports
Qualifications
„h High School diploma or equivalent
„h Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment
„h 1 + yr(s) customer service experience
„h Administrative assistant experience preferred
„h Some college coursework or equivalent experience preferred
„h Real estate or related industry knowledge (mortgage, banking, paralegal) preferred.
