Role Overview

As part of the Global Client Accounting department, the applicant should have an eye for detail, ability to work in a high volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and able to meet deadlines.  Handling internal and external customer inquiries will require the candidate to have excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency and a passion for customer satisfaction with a control mindset.  The candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks related to servicing BGRS clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Primary accounting contact for setting up supplier profiles in BGRS applications
  • Audit enrollments for accuracy and validate the requirements provided for setup
  • Enter vendor information in a time sensitive and high volume department
  • Able to meet accuracy, timeliness and productivity goals
  • Process time sensitive enrollment requests in a high volume department
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external customers
  • Flexibility to adapt to procedural enhancements and modifications
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A strong focus on teamwork and the ability to collaborate well with team members internationally


What You Bring to BGRS

  • Formal accounting education\experience\training a plus
  • Ability to be a high performance team member and display leadership and initiative
  • Conceptual thinking skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft environment and financial application
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
