Description

Role Profile Key Accountabilities – BSS Level 4:

 

Process lead will be subject matter expert and will have responsibility for defined set of clients or processes. The position will have ability to work independently and guide team members on process, client policy and procedures. The position will be responsible for timely and accurate processing or releasing payments of invoices/expenses.

Relationship Management – Builds productive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external contacts.

Customer Focus – Recommends new approaches to work activities, develops innovative approaches to own work for continuous process improvement.

Results Delivery – Exercises judgement relying on defined processes and practices to determine appropriate action, and develops recommendations for improvement.

Strives for Excellence – Uses knowledge to support immediate team and may serve as a technical resource to others.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the process/client specific projects and is subject matter expert

  • Process/authorize complex PO’s.

  • Provide support and guidance to team members on client policy and procedures. Will be the first escalation point in the team and will resolve complex situations relating to process.

  • Interact with the client services and clients to resolve the process related queries

  • Responsible for ensuring process documentation

  • Ability to multi-task and complete projects with limited supervision

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements including internal controls, forms, procedures and systems

  • Provide status updates to supervisor(s)/manager(s) on a regular basis

  • Manage the team in absence of Team lead

  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate education or equivalent combination of training and years of experience.

  • Relocation industry related job experience preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable or related experience including resolving complex issues

  • Pro-active, well organized with good problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage day to day activities

  • Flexibility and a willingness to undertake additional tasks, as required

  • Strong knowledge of BGRS client accounting processes and associated IGP systems

  • Strong technological skills e.g. Windows, the Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

  • Time Management Skills in a high volume environment
