Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cash ledger updating (booking payments, including client disbursements, office exp., and incoming receipts), and help to check and provide timely and accurate receipt info to US and Bangalore AR team for cash application.
  • Preparing payments (preparing appropriate supporting documents, POs, approval, etc. for both of clients’ payments and office expense payments.)
  • Understand the whole process of payments in GSPSE, release payment in CitiDirect
  • Work very closely with our international assignment consultants to ensure that customer payments are processed on a timely manner
  • Fapiao collection- Work closely with vendor to ensure to get the debit note/fapiao/bills on time, and have good tracking records.
  • Assist to clean up all aged unbilled items and take appropriated follow up actions.
  • Work closely with US billing team to ensure we invoice clients on time and assist to prepare the billing supporting documents
  • Assist to clean up all aged POs in SE (PO not SRF and PO SRF but not paid)
  • Work closely with HK and US client accounting team to follow up the adjustment request and do the simple reconciliations.
  • Prepare clients expense reports
  • Issue fapiao, and assist to complete tax filing on time.
  • Monthly VAT fapiao verification
  • Assist supervisor in overall banking issues


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance or accounting, or similar disciplines
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in accounts payable
  • Attention to details and good with numbers
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Offices including Excel and Word
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English
  • Ability to work independently and with timelines
  • Can start work immediately or with short notice
