Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete “Urgent Payment” requests within SLA.
- Manage Journal processing deadline
- Manage timely and accurate deliverables
- Manage daily On Holds
- Audit documentation against Client Policy Matrix
- Maintain effective communication to our internal partners and clients.
- Proactive in managing your workload as well as being part of the team in joint projects.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement
- Ability to work in multiple systems
Skills and Abilities:
- 2 + years accounts payable, expense auditing or other financial transaction processing environment experience
- Graduate level preferred.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office environment and financial application – moderate to advanced knowledge of Excel required
- Ability to multi-task and complete projects with limited supervision
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated organization skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to procedural enhancements and modifications – as well as ability to assist in updating operation instructions to reflect these enhancements.
- Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
