Role Overview

The Process Lead will have responsibility for ensuring adherence to process and controls throughout all activities within the Global Tax and Same day payment team. Accruate publishing of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Dashboards and metrics to internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the workload and priorities of other team members
  • Responsibility for the payment audit controls / approval, recording and payment of same day supplier and assignee payments and Global tax team payment.
  • Ensuring process controls and reviews are updated regularly and remain accurate and signed of by appropriate manager/Director.
  • Data analysis to review Productivity and adherence to SLA’s and Turnaround times of transactions
  • Follow up on any open queries and/or Client Services to ensure timely resolution
  • Resolve issues and problems that are raised by other team members
  • Ensure daily funding log is completed and sent to the Treasury team
  • Liaising with the GFS team and EMEA / Far East production teams to resolve questions
  • Assist Senior Finance Assistant with team training requirement
  • Provide back up and support to the Silverskills Administration function for adherence to various Admin tasks, tracking of reporting submissions, Invoice submissions, error reviews.
  • Ensure Silverskills admin process and controls are complied to and met by BGRS and Silverskills
What You Bring to BGRS
  • Graduate education or equivalent combination of training and years of experience.
  • Relocation industry related job experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable or related experience including resolving complex issues
  • Experience of supervising other staff and managing team workloads
  • Experience of managing client accounting processes
  • Able to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable components
  • Self-starter with aptitude for independent problem resolution
  • Strong knowledge of client accounting
  • Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills – ability to coach and develop others
  • Strong technological skills e.g. Windows, the Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage workload of self and others in a high volume environment
