Role Overview

The Client Accounting department is responsible for making large volumes of international payments on behalf of clients and then re-billing those amounts to clients.To lead and act as senior team member of billing and responsible for the re-billing of client expense transactions and service fees for clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leads the daily operations of the billing team as a trouble shooter and subject matter expert for operational questions.
  • Manage the client billing schedule and ensure all the billing deliverables are sent as per the client requirement timely and properly.
  • Responsible for the quality, ensure adequate controls and procedures are in place to maintain the overall quality of deliverables.
  • Ensure the unbilled items are monitored and followed up regularly.
  • Coordinate with other internal and external teams to clear the unbilled items.
  • Responsible for overall managing the Mailbox and ensure all the queries are answered within targeted timeline.
  • Plan, direct, and co-ordinate the work flows, processes, and policies necessary in order to ensure objectives, deadlines and work responsibilities are met.
  • Provide technical accounting support in complex areas as required. Accounting frameworks include Journal entries, payment codes, billing label, documentation, upload of billing invoices etc.
  • Will be responsible for process documentation, process flow and will ensure the documentation are updated regularly.
  • Provide regular & ad hoc reports and analyses relating to the process/region handled. Complete the Metrics within the timeline.
  • As required, participates in, and, as appropriate, leads the training and development of team
  • Ability to multi-task and complete projects with limited supervision
  • Mentor and provide guidance to peers, and other team members.
  • Support Manager with special projects including on process improvements.
  • Provide timely and adequate feedback to team members about their performance and discuss with Supervisor for performance development of team members.

What You Bring to BGRS

  • Graduate education or equivalent combination of training and years of experience.
  • Relocation industry related job experience preferred
  • 5-7 years of Billing/Account Receivable including resolving complex issues
  • Pro-active, well organized with good problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage day to day activities
  • Time Management Skills in a high volume environment
  • Excellent organization, administration and planning skills.
  • Highly Motivated and Positive Attitude
  • Highly process and control oriented – able to own and enforce standard processes across the team
  • Takes personal responsibility and adapts well to change
  • Responsible and accountable for expected results
