Team Leader, Client Services
The Team Leader, Client Services provides day-to-day work direction to a team and ensures the delivery of superior customer service and the achievement of performance metrics as stipulated within client service level agreements.
 

Responsibilities

  • Leads the daily operations of the team as a first level of escalation/problem-solver/subject matter expert for international and domestic operational questions (visa and immigration, compensation, tax, domestic home sale, etc.)
  • Effectively handles a modified caseload and manages relationships across a multi-client portfolio on day-to-day issues as well as duties surrounding reporting and data integrity
  • Provides the highest level of customer service by communicating effectively with the customer, client, management, and operational team (internally and externally)
  • As required, participates in, and, as appropriate, leads the team members on training and development of future global assignment team members
  • Acts as an extension of the Account Manager
 
 
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or exceptional work experience in lieu, advanced degree (or progress toward) preferable
  • 3+ years of experience in global assignment management or similar level of responsibility in a customer service role within a global industry
  • Experience with international compensation / monetary structure
  • Domestic (relocation) background and experience
  • Strong technological savvy
  • Tenacity in finding solution to customer issues
  • Ability to handle stress and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service as well as the ability to lead and motivate others
  • Some travel may be required
