What You'll Be Doing
  • Builds productive and effective relationships with clients, transferees and suppliers as well as within BGRS
  • Consults with clients regarding process and policy issues, etc.
  • Continually assesses opportunities to expand client relationship, improve team performance and internal processes with Director
  • Monitors and manages the effective service delivery of third party vendors
  • Prepares for and contributes to regular client review meeting
  • Review and respond to ATI (Access to Information) requests
  • Monitor Service Level Commitment results and provide recommendations for improvement as applicable
  • Addresses Client issues, including requests for information, reports, guidance and feedback
  • Performs contract research and compliance when necessary
  • Creates and distributes Client communication documents
  • Initiates reports and recommendations
  • Resolves Client complaints and problems, which may have an impact on the business
  • Handles issues and problems of sensitive and confidential nature 
     

What You Bring to BGRS

  • Bilingualism French/English preferred
  • 5 years of experience in a Client Services role
  • Call Center Services background preferred
  • A post-secondary degree in a related field such as communications, business administration from a recognized college or university or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to be creative when developing documentation, materials and presentations
  • Must have the ability to handle a critical client portfolio and provide proactive service
  • Ability to ensure quality and timely completion of work
  • Must have excellent planning and organizational skills to be able to support several accounts
  • Ability to inspire and support team
  • Exemplary client service skills, with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
  • Sense of urgency
  • Handles multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player who operates with minimal supervision
  • Positive, motivated with a “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical, detailed oriented and time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows environment i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook, and various software programs

 Other Information:

  •  Reliability status security clearance granted by CIISD, PSPC; the security clearance application will be facilitated via the BGRS–GS Company Security Officer (CSO)
