Vice President – Client Financial Services
The Vice President, Client Financial Services will be responsible for overall leadership and strategic direction for the Client Financial Services team and related product line. This role will partner side by side with their counterpart to outline and execute the direction of the services team in support of the department’s strategic objectives. This position is responsible to identify desired and innovative product offerings for the market, and act as the department lead in new sales opportunities and the pursuit of incremental revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Client Financial Services within BGRS and externally to clients and/or tax providers
  • Communicate across all departments within BGRS for escalation and resolution of any issues arising in our Client Financial Services
  • Help shape the vision and product offering of future services for clients
  • Work with Sales, Client Development and Client Services to determine accurate scope of services, document service delivery and transition implementation of new services to financial operations teams.
  • Department lead for new and existing sales opportunities
  • Department lead for RFP and RFI responses
  • Development of team in current roles and/or for future opportunities through proactive leadership and educational opportunities
  • Support Sales and Implementation teams for development of new business and successful on-boarding of new clients
  • Drive culture of review and compliance in all Client Financial Service deliverables
  • Support Senior VP of Global Financial Operations in leadership of CFS and operational management
  • Travel as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of expatriate administration experience or Big Four experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant operations or similar experience in relocation or mobility industry
  • Able to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable components
  • Proven revenue growth history in mobility related services
  • Understand, document, and train process flows in a high volume environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge MS Access, Excel, and Word
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Motivated to succeed
