Team Leader, Client Services

The Team Leader, Client Services provides day-to-day work direction to a team and ensures the delivery of superior customer service and the achievement of performance metrics as stipulated within client service level agreements.
 

Responsibilities
  • Leads the daily operations of the team as a trouble shooter and subject matter expert for operational questions and customer/client service intervention
  • As determined by the Manager/Director, effectively handles a modified caseload to include VIP or specialty files and manages the client relationships on day-to-day issues
  • Provides the highest level of customer service by communicating effectively with the customer, client, management, and operational team
  • Leads team member training and development of future global assignment team members
  • Review and maintain Premier Services results log, and individual quarterly scorecards
  • Maintain client SLA standards within the team and assist with client reporting
  • Train and coach BGRS' Premier Service standards, assuring that both the new and experienced consultants have the tools needed to best do their jobs
  • Work with the Manager, Client Services on projects as requested and provide regular feedback on team needs and performance
  • Host regular meetings with the team and/or the client as required
 
Qualifications
  • University Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in global assignment management or similar level of responsibility in a customer service role in the Relocation Industry
  • Experience with International compensation desirable
  • Domestic Relocation background and experience
  • Strong technological skills
  • Tenacity in finding solution to customer issues
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service as well as the ability to lead and motivate others
