The Finance Coordinator, Control & Resolution will setup supplier/assignee/customer profiles and perform audit for Brookfield Global Resources ensuring correctness of the setups done and safeguarding corporate information from unauthorized use. This position will also handle customer inquiries (internal and external) regarding setup’s in an expedient and professional manner.

Relationship Management: Interacts with internal and external contacts to discuss information and probe for clarification.

Customer Focus: Understands short-term customer needs and identifies opportunities to ensure efficient customer service by adhering to the SLA

Results Delivery: Exercises considerable judgment and initiative relying on established processes and practices for problem solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

„h Primary accounting contact for setting up supplier profiles in application

„h Process time sensitive enrollment requests in a high volume department

„h Provide daily metrics reporting for setups and enrollments completed

„h Audit enrollments for accuracy and validate the backup requirements provided for setup

„h Maintaining accuracy of data entered into system at all times

„h Provide customer service support to internal and external customers

„h Provide audit support as needed

Qualifications:

„h 2+ years’ experience in business/accounting/finance preferred

„h Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high transactional based environment

„h Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

„h Flexibility to adapt to procedural enhancements and modifications

„h Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills

„h Excellent customer service skills
